Live · Garmin Connect IQ

Leave the phone on the beach.

eFoilCrew for Garmin records the session on your watch and uploads it to your account when the watch next has a connection.

How it works

Record, then forget about it

On the water

The app records GPS position, route, speed and foil-session metrics on the watch itself. Nothing needs to be in range, and nothing depends on a phone in a dry bag. Which data screens the watch shows, and in what order, is configured from the web app and delivered to the watch.

Afterwards

When the watch next reaches connectivity the session uploads directly to your eFoilCrew account over an encrypted connection. Pairing issues a per-device token that you can revoke at any time from your account settings; revoking stops every further upload from that watch immediately. No Garmin account credentials pass through us at any point.

If something goes wrong

A ride is never lost to a pairing problem. The watch always writes the full activity to the device itself, so any session can be exported from Garmin Connect as a FIT file and uploaded to eFoilCrew by hand.

Pairing

Install from the Connect IQ store, then pair the watch to your account from settings. One code, once.

The result

The ride lands in eFoilCrew as a full session — track, speeds, time on foil, and the conditions at the spot.

Supported watches

The app runs on a wide range of Garmin models. The device guide lists every one it supports, with prices and specs, and a checker for the watch you already own.
