Every session you ride, kept properly.
eFoilCrew is the rider platform: sessions, spots, gear and the people you ride with, in one account.
What it does
From a raw track to something worth keeping
Sessions
Rides arrive from the Garmin watch app or as a file — GPX, TCX and FIT,
individually or as .gz and .zip archives. Each becomes
a session with a trimmed start and end, distance, time on the water, per-run
splits and time on foil. Speed comes from the device's Doppler measurement
wherever the recording carries one, because speed derived from position alone is
noisy enough to invent records that never happened.
Spots and conditions
Riding spots are shared by the people who ride them, with conditions reports attached. Sessions are matched to the spot they happened at and enriched with the weather that was actually present at the time, which is what makes one ride comparable to another months later.
Gear and records
Setups are kept against an equipment catalog, so a board, mast and wing combination can be attributed to the sessions ridden on it. Personal records, leaderboards and achievements sit on top, computed from the same trimmed, validated data rather than from raw maxima.
The crew
Profiles, follows, posts, forums and direct messages. The community layer is the reason the spot and conditions data exists at all — it is contributed by riders, for riders in the same water.
Privacy and your data
Rides are yours. A session can be hidden, a paired watch can be revoked at any time, and what we collect and why is set out plainly in the privacy policy. To request a copy of your data or have your account deleted, write to contact@foilnexus.com from the address on the account.
